I’ll be honest, the tcl site and the products do look clean. The layout is easy to get around, and the TVs have that simple modern look without being chunky or awkward. I’m kind of picky about design, and I do like that everything feels neat and easy to look at.

That said, it all feels a little too plain for my taste. Some of the pages start to blend together, and I personally prefer seeing more real-life room photos instead of only those polished product shots. It’s not bad at all, just not fully my style.

They had a decent variety of models to choose from, but a few of the ones I was interested in were out of stock. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing lol.

I had to send back a TCL item I bought from TCL, and overall it was painless. That said, the return label took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, even though I guess it wasn’t that big of a deal. Support did reply to my email, and once they received the item, my refund showed up a few days later. So I’d say the return process was easy, but also not exactly smooth. Not terrible at all, just not perfect either.

I bought this TCL mostly for my PS5, i wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I do. I’ve usually stuck with the bigger-name TV brands, so I had that little voice in my head wondering if I should’ve just paid more for what I’m used to. But once I got it set up, the picture looked sharp, and games felt really smooth.
The input lag has been basically a non-issue for me, even playing faster shooters where I’d definitely notice if something felt off. Setup was simple too, which I appreciated. I still feel a little weird saying TCL might’ve won me over, but for the price and how well it handles gaming, I’m happy with it

They did fix the issue in the end, so I am happy it is working again. The only downside was that the warranty repair process felt slow and took more time than I expected.

The TV itself is fine, but the remote drives me a little crazy. Sometimes it feels slow, and I have to press the buttons more than once to get anything to happen. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it adds this extra little bit of work every time I’m just trying to change something or open an app. Kind of annoying for daily use.

I bought my TCL TV from tcl.com and I’ve been really happy with it. The picture looks great, and what impressed me most is that my electric bill didn’t suddenly go up, even though I tend to leave the TV on often. It’s nice to have a TV that performs well without making you worry about power use. Definitely feels like a smart buy.

This was painless to get going!! The HDMI worked right away, the WiFi connected without any drama, and I didn’t have to mess around with anything... no fuss at all!!

I bought my TCL mostly for streaming, and it’s been great. Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, everything was easy to find, which was a relief because some TV menus are just ridiculous. I barely had to mess with anything, just logged in and started watching

They did get back to me eventually, but it took a bit longer than I expected (not the end of the world, just worth mentioning). Overall, I’m glad they responded, but I would’ve appreciated a quicker reply.

I bought this from TCL and was pleasantly surprised by how good the sound is. Voices come through really clear, and the bass has a nice kick without being overwhelming. I figured I’d probably need to add a soundbar, but for everyday movies and music, it’s been totally fine on its own. Happy with it so far.

I ordered from tcl.com and overall the delivery experience was okay. The package did arrive safely, and the box wasn’t damaged, which I appreciated. That said, the shipping felt a little slow, and the tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening. In the end, everything showed up fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but the delivery updates and timing could definitely be improved.

I bought a TCL TV from TCL, the display just isn’t what I expected. The colors look kind of washed out, and dark scenes are tough to see unless I’m constantly messing with the settings. I tried different picture modes, but it still feels a bit flat overall. It’s fine for regular TV watching, but movies and sports don’t look as good as I hoped. For the price, I really expected better. It’s not a terrible TV, but this feels like a preventable letdown...

Ordering the TV was simple enough, but after that my order just sat there for days with no real update. Compared to other sites I’ve used, the tracking felt lacking. I reached out to support and mostly got what seemed like copy-and-paste replies, which was frustrating. The TV did show up in good condition, so that part was fine, but the whole waiting and tracking experience could definitely be better.

Apps open quickly, and I haven’t had any random freezing or lag yet. For a TV interface, that’s about all I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it so far.

The TV got here and the box was all smashed up, with one corner cracked too. Kinda felt like the packaging just wasn’t sturdy enough for something like this. I ended up starting a return right away, which was annoying.

For what it costs, TCL is decent, I think. My TV works fine and the picture, it’s good enough for me. The menu does feel slow sometimes though, which is a bit annoying. Not amazing or anything, but for the money, okay it is

It took way longer to get everything set up than I expected, and I kept getting stuck in the menus. Some of the options just didn’t really make sense to me, so I had to click around a lot before I found what I needed. Maybe it’s easier once you know where everything is, but for me it was frustrating.

Setting up Alexa was actually easy, which I appreciated because I was not in the mood to spend my whole evening messing with settings. The voice commands work most of the time, but every now and then it just totally misses what I said. My smart lights also don’t always sync the way they’re supposed to, which is annoying, especially when I’m already halfway to the couch with snacks. Overall it’s not bad at all, just a bit inconsistent here and there...
